Who is meant by Visitor:

Everybody who is vsiting the Seaplane Day 2010 in Como. That includes pilots flying with conventional planes to one of the adjacent airfields and also anybody else arriving by car or other means of transportation who is interested in getting to know more about the wonderful world of seaplane flying. This is your place. Just come and enjoy.

There are three reliever airport close by to park amphibians overnight or to land planes without floats: Varese Venegono, Milano Bresso and Lugano.
